- Preference for value-add communities in Medicaid-friendly states or stabilized assets that are HUD eligible.
- Target Markets: WI, IN, MI, OH, TN, KY, NC, SC, & FL.
- Size: 50+ Unit Facilities
- Price: $1-$15MM per facility

- 2+ acre parcels in Primary & Secondary Markets
- Must have good visibility and strong traffic counts
- 40K+ minimum population in a 3-mile radius
- Average Climate-Controlled Rents $20+SF/YR
Light Industrial/Flex Warehouse & Single-Tenant Freestanding Retail (60K+ SF)
- Primary and Secondary Markets across the US
- Vacant buildings with strong tenant prospects or long-term leases
- Redevelopment and value-add transactions
- Price: $1 to $10MM
- Building Vintage: Agnostic
